Do You Offer Free Shipping?

  • Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders of $99 or more within the 48 contiguous states in the USA. For orders below $99, Additionally, Coffee Club orders also ship free.
  • To qualify for free shipping, your order subtotal must reach $99 or more after applying any coupons, discounts, or rewards.

What Is Satisfaction Guarantee?

Do You Ship To APO Address?

  • Yes. Be sure to enter the country as the United States, the city as APO or FPO, the state as Armed Forces Europe (AE), Armed Forces Pacific (AP), or Armed Forces America (AA), and the APO zip code.
  • The tracking information will only tell you when the order gets to the facility, then it's in the military's hands to get it there, so please be as specific as possible with the unit when filling in the address information. 
  • Unfortunately, we do not have a good way to provide tracking for APO shipments since once it leaves the USPS and enters the military/diplomatic mail system, we have no visibility.

How Can I Return Or Exchange My Order?

  • Return Policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges on our coffee, as all of our coffee is roasted to order for peak freshness! Coffee due to its perishable nature and to food regulations, cannot be returned for credit or refund.
  • We accept returns on defective or unused items such as apparel and mugs. We cannot accept returns on used merchandise. Please be sure all merchandise (excluding coffee) items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a e-gift Card or refund. Original shipping fees will be deducted from credit or refund.
  • Customer is responsible for all return fees.
  • Special edition coffee, gift boxes and custom products (including grinds) CANNOT be returned.
  • Pre-ordered items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

What Does Your Flavored Coffee Contain? 

  • Our flavored coffees are carefully crafted using a blend of coffee beans and natural & artificial flavorings, including Propylene Glycol. While we cannot disclose the exact details of our proprietary flavors, we can assure you that our products contain no sugars, sweeteners, carbohydrates, or oils.

Is Your Coffee Kosher Certified?

  • Unfortunately, at Bonded Brew Coffee, our coffee beans are not kosher certified.

Do You Offer Decaf Coffee?

  • The answer is a resounding yes! Bonded Brew understands that not everyone can consume regular coffee due to various reasons, which is why they have introduced their special Decaf Coffee found throughout the website.

What Is The Process To Decaffeinate Our Decaf Coffee?

  • Our Decaf coffee beans are currently processed using Methylene Chloride (MC) which is done by our supplier before we receive the beans. Unfortunately, due to shortages, we haven’t been able to get decaf beans using the Swiss Water process as we had in the past.We understand that some customers may prefer decaf beans processed using the Swiss Water process. However, due to recent shortages, we have temporarily shifted to using the MC method. Rest assured, we are actively working to secure a stable supply of decaf beans processed through the Swiss Water method to offer more options to our valued customers.
